TOP 10 FAVORITE FEATURED PANCAKES

We don’t need a holiday to celebrate the fluffy, made from scratch goodness that is a Bessie’s pancake. Hot off the griddle and loaded with toppings (or not), ‘cakes from Bessie’s Diner are the perfect choice, every time you brunch.

But there is a national holiday that’s extra special to us here at the diner. It’s a day reserved for eating all of the syrupy hotcakes your heart desires. In honor of National Pancake Day (9/26), we’re sharing our favorite featured pancakes of all time.

10. MANGO TANGO 'CAKES

Topped with a house-made mango purée, fresh mango and powdered sugar.

9. DOUBLE MINT CHIP PANCAKES

Topped with Andes chocolate mints and a mint-infused cream cheese glaze. You'll be seeing (and tasting) green with these ones!

8. PINEAPPLE UPSIDE-DOWN 'CAKES

We took our signature pancakes and cooked them with a caramelized pineapple ring and a maraschino cherry, then let pineapple butter drizzle down the 'cakes to give you our Pineapple Upside-Down 'Cakes.

7. S'MORES CAKES

Our signature pancakes stacked high and layered with melted marshmallows. Topped with chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, graham cracker crumble and a marshmallow cream sauce. Everyone is always begging for s'more!

6. GINGERBREAD PANCAKES

Topped with snickerdoodle cookie crumbles, powdered sugar and a side of cinnamon butter.

5. MAPLE BACON PANCAKES

These ones truly embraced the "everything is better with bacon" mentality... from the inside out! Stuffed with crispy bacon and cinnamon sugar. Topped with candied bacon and maple butter.

4. BANANA NUT PANCAKES

Made from banana bread batter then topped with bananas, candied pecans and cinnamon butter.

3. CARROT CAKE PANCAKES

Topped with cream cheese glaze and toasted walnuts. Is it carrot cake? Is it a pancake? It's both!

2. BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE PANCAKES

These might take the cake! Blueberry-infused batter layered with cheesecake frosting and topped with fresh blueberries.

1. CINNAMON ROLL PANCAKES

And the #1 favorite of all time... Cinnamon Roll! We add a swirl of cinnamon roll glaze to our signature pancakes, stack 'em high and drizzle cream cheese icing over the top while they're piping hot. So good.
