While Bessie’s Diner has built a strong reputation on the ground, it’s the buzz in the skies that keeps pilots coming back. Word spreads from cockpit to cockpit, drawing aviators from all over the Midwest and beyond. Our latest featured flyer, Lainie, recently moved to Daytona Beach, Florida but she makes a point to stop by Bessie’s when she’s in the Badger state.
During her most recent flight to Bessie’s, she had heard about the delicious milkshakes and had to make a stop to try one for herself. From Wisconsin to Florida, Bessie’s is becoming a must-stop for pilots in the know. We caught up with Lainie to learn more about her aviation story. Thanks for visiting, Lainie, we hope to see you back in the diner soon!
